چکیده

Revealing genetic diversity is both essential for plant systematics and also provides important information agricultural sciences. Crambe hispanica var. abyssinica an oil seed crop. Wild plants related to crops (Crop Relatives) are resources the improvement of cultivated species. In order reveal wild taxa Turkey, we used ITS trnL-F markers create haplotype networks phylogeny reconstruction. Thirty-nine accessions belonging 8 were as material our study: orientalis with 18 accessions, sulphurea 3 dasycarpa 1 accession, alutacea grandiflora tataria aspera 2 maritima 5 accessions. The inference data revealed two major lineages: one consisted while other subsp. orientalis, sulphurea, dasycarpa, grandiflora, alutacea. based region, all most Crambe. shared haplotype. However, maritima, no common in on region. networks, some orientalis. H1 Other haplotypes differed from (H1) by or base pairs. species highest IT6 has content among CWR Turkey.

Molecular phylogeny of Allograpta (Diptera, Syrphidae) reveals diversity of lineages and non-monophyly of phytophagous taxa.

Phylogenetic relationships of genera Allograpta, Sphaerophoria and Exallandra (Diptera, Syrphidae) were analyzed based on sequence data from the mitochondrial protein-coding gene cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) and the nuclear 28S and 18S ribosomal RNA genes. The three genera are members of the subfamily Syrphinae, where nearly all members feed as larvae on soft-bodied Hemiptera and other ...

Molecular phylogeny and evolutionary history of Moricandia DC (Brassicaceae)

Background The phylogeny of tribe Brassiceae (Brassicaceae) has not yet been resolved because of its complex evolutionary history. This tribe comprises economically relevant species, including the genus Moricandia DC. This genus is currently distributed in North Africa, Middle East, Central Asia and Southern Europe, where it is associated with arid and semi-arid environments. Although some spec...

Molecular phylogeny and morphology of four Ramularia species from Iran along with a checklist of ramularia-like taxa

The genus Ramularia includes important plant pathogens with worldwide distribution, commonly associated with leaf spot diseases on a broad range of plant hosts. Although these fungi are common in Iran, most of the species found to date have been identified on the basis of morphological characteristics, and DNA data are available for limited number of them. During our investigation of fungi asso...

Genetic Diversity and Molecular Phylogeny of Iranian Sheep Based on Cytochrome b Gene Sequences

Phylogenetic relationships and genetic variation between two Iranian sheep breeds were analyzed using cytochrome b (cyt-b) gene sequences. The genomic DNA was isolated by salting out method and amplified cytochrome b gene using polymerase chain reaction restriction (PCR) method with a pair of primer. A partial sequence of cyt-b gene of Iranian sheep is 780 bp and contained 13 variable sites and...

Phylogeny of the Macaronesian endemic Crambe section Dendrocrambe (Brassicaceae) based on internal transcribed spacer sequences of nuclear ribosomal DNA.

The 14 species of Crambe L. sect. Dendrocrambe DC. (Brassicaceae) form a monophyletic group endemic to the Canary and Madeira archipelagos. Both parsimony and maximum likelihood analyses of sequence data from the two internal transcribed spacer regions of nuclear ribosomal DNA were used to estimate phylogenetic relationships within this section. These analyses support the monophyly of three maj...
